We only undertake prior bookings by agreement with our clients.
Should a postponement be necessary, we respectfully request a call, text or email to rearrange by no later than 24 hours prior to the original booking date/time. An 80% cancellation fee applies to any cancellations on the day of agreed booking, outside of extenuating beyond control circumstances.
